Nick Watson serves as the Energy Transition Advisor at GreenFlow Energy, bringing with him around two decades of invaluable experience in the international energy industry. His journey began in the technical realm as a Petroleum Engineer, from where he evolved into roles with a stronger focus on commercial and corporate development, particularly in areas critical to energy transition such as CO2 storage, low carbon hydrogen, and energy infrastructure projects. Nick's comprehensive skill set encompasses mergers and acquisitions, due diligence (both commercial and technical), energy asset valuation and financial analysis, and the development of energy infrastructure projects.
His expertise also spans negotiating gas supply, storage, and power generation commercial agreements, strategic planning for both burgeoning and established projects, as well as asset and investment management coupled with board engagement. Additionally, Nick is proficient in the divestment of assets and projects.
