Jim is the Executive Chairman and a founding member of PROCOM Consultants and Projects Director for GreenFlow Energy. His journey is highlighted by his significant roles as a Process Engineer and Commissioning Manager, where he has excelled in the development, implementation, and startup of first-of-a-kind industrial plants.
Jim's expertise spans assembling and guiding multidisciplinary teams towards the successful launch and management of groundbreaking, complex projects in solids and liquids plants. These projects, ranging from pilot to commercial scales in various countries, reflect his adeptness in new technology and engineering development, construction completion, commissioning, and operations management.
Holding an MBA with majors in Human Resources Management and Entrepreneurship, along with a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) with Honours, Jim's academic background complements his professional experience.
